Several New Help Pages on Jamovi

Hi everyone!  Because my students cannot use the on-campus computer lab at the same time this semester, I am instead teaching my stats courses using Excel and Jamovi. For this reason, I’ve been spending a lot of my time creating new help pages on the statistical software, Jamovi. It is a wonderful and free program that can perform most basic statistical analyses, and it functions similarly to SPSS.  These guides are hosted on MattCHoward.com.

If you are interested in them, here is a link to all my Jamovi guides: https://mattchoward.com/jamovi-statistics-help/ .  Below is a direct link to each of them, too.

T-Tests in Excel on YouTube

I just finished uploading my latest lecture to YouTube.  It covers how to perform one-sample t-tests and two-sample t-tests in Excel.  While both are extremely important statistics, the latter cannot be easily calculated in Excel.  So, I hope that this video is helpful in figuring how how to calculate the statistic.

Here is the link to the YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOs_IXTHT5w .

As always, please contact me at MHoward@SouthAlabama.edu if you have any questions.
